Dave Nuku

Dave Nuku is a Māori business leader with more than two decades of experience across New Zealand and Southeast Asia, specialising in governance, strategic growth, and high‑performance organisational leadership. He currently serves as General Manager of Ngamanawa Incorporation, where he oversees 4,000 hectares of orchards, native bush, and commercial forestry, upholding his role as Kaitiaki to ensure sustainable prosperity for future generations.

Dave's governance and leadership development includes programs with Zespri, the Institute of Directors, and the Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme, supported by qualifications in business, project management, and te reo Māori. Grounded in his whakapapa to Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāi Te Rangi, and Ngāti Hangarau, Dave brings a values-led, future-focused approach to every role he takes on.
