Building on the success of last year’s new business partnerships and as part of our continued commitment to developing talent in the food and fibre sector, we’re launching the next phase for the 2026–2027 season. Pāmu brings four dairy farms as business opportunities through contract milking, lower-order sharemilking, or herd-owning sharemilking. 

Our sharemilking and contract milking opportunities are designed to provide a platform for those who are eager to build equity, gain leadership experience, and ultimately work towards farm ownership. For several years, we have invested in the professional development of our teams, ensuring that our farmers have access to the best on-farm training and leadership programs available in New Zealand’s agricultural sector. Now, through our new sharemilking model, we’re creating opportunities that not only grow talent but also provide pathways for ownership and long-term success in the industry.

For the upcoming 2026/2027 season, we have several exciting sharemilking and contract milking positions available on high-performing Pāmu farms across New Zealand. Each role offers a chance to manage your own business while contributing to the success of the wider Pāmu operation.

Current Sharemilking Roles:

• Somervilles Farm – Reefton, South Island: 980 cows
• Endeavour Farm – Taupo, Central North Island: 2100 cows
• Renown Farm – Taupo, Central North Island: 1450 cows
• Ajax Farm – Taupo,  Central North Island: 950 cows

These roles offer a unique pathway to farm leadership and the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while working on some of New Zealand’s most well-regarded dairy farms.
