Catching up with our communities at regional Fieldays
Over the coming weeks, you’ll find Pāmu people out and about at a number of regional Fieldays and A&P shows, spending time on the ground with farmers, industry partners and local communities.
We’ll be part of the Science for Farmers tent, led by MPI, alongside other sector partners, chatting through what we’re seeing on our farms and listening to what’s coming back from the sector.
Where we’ll be
Pāmu will have staff on site at:
- Southern Field Days in Waimumu (Gore)
- Northland Field Days in Dargaville
- Central Districts Field Days in Feilding
- Wānaka A&P Show in Wānaka
Who we’re there with
- MPI (Science for Farmers)
- Other Science for Farmers partner organisations, all sharing practical information and experience
What we’re talking about
Conversations in the Science for Farmers tent will focus on:
- Farming in a changing climate and how people are adapting
- Low‑emissions tools and approaches
- Dairy‑beef system innovation
- Practical information to support on‑farm decisions
Pāmu staff from farming, livestock and sustainability teams will be rostered on the stand, bringing insights from our own farms and making time for open, straight‑up conversations.
If you’re heading along to any of these events, feel free to drop in, say hi, and join the kōrero.
