Erin Fenwick is Head of Health, Wellbeing and Safety at Pāmu. She leads the organisation’s approach to keeping people safe and well across a large, geographically dispersed farming business. Erin works closely with operational teams to embed practical health and safety systems that reflect the realities of on‐farm work, with a strong focus on leadership, critical risk management, and building a positive safety culture. She brings a pragmatic, people‐centred perspective to discussions about safety in agriculture.
