Jack began his career with Pāmu as a dairy assistant after leaving school at a young age and has progressed through on‐farm leadership roles to business management. He is a former Ahuwhenua Young Māori Farmer of the Year and Zanda McDonald Award winner. Jack brings a strong people‐focused leadership style and a practical approach to farming performance and team development.
