Sam leads the Pāmu sustainability function, covering climate, emissions, freshwater, biodiversity, and sustainability‐linked finance. He works across the business to integrate environmental performance with commercial decision‐making and risk management. Sam has experience engaging with regulators, financial institutions, and industry groups, and focuses on credible, evidence‐based approaches that support long‐term farming resilience.
