Head of Innovation and Extension

Paul McGill leads the innovation and extension function of Pāmu, connecting on‐farm trials, research partnerships, and system change with practical adoption at scale. The 2010 Nuffield Scholar has extensive experience across dairy, sheep, beef, and genetics, and is focused on lifting productivity, resilience, and animal performance through applied science. Paul works closely with industry partners to test, prove, and share what works, supporting performance for Pāmu and wider sector capability.
