Mark Leslie
Mark Leslie leads Pāmu, New Zealand’s largest pastoral farming business and a State‐Owned Enterprise. He has more than 30 years’ experience across farming, agribusiness leadership, and governance. Mark is responsible for setting the Pāmu strategy and ensuring the business delivers sustainable commercial returns for the Crown while acting as a responsible steward of land, people, and natural assets. He is a regular spokesperson on farming performance, sector resilience, and the role of scale in lifting productivity and sustainability across New Zealand agriculture.
